All communication related to commissions must be made through commission forms, email, Discord’s direct messaging system, or Twitter’s direct messaging system. The client should refrain from sending commission-related messages through more than one platform.How do I get a commission?

I specialize in character art/OC’s, but I can also do Emotes for streaming. I have a mixture of styles with different price points that will all be listed below.I have an OC idea, but I don’t have reference images.
Though reference images are amazing, they may not be needed. If you have a written description of your character or even a Pinterest Board, we can work on a Character Concept Design. Additional fees will apply however, be sure to look at the listings below.How long does a commission take?
I don’t have time frames for commissions yet as I am just starting them. As a streamer, SFW pieces can be worked on while I am streaming, and depending on how active Chat is it may be finished on stream or when I go offline. I am currently unemployed so most pieces should be done in a timely fashion, great communication between the client and I will help this.
If you have a deadline, please let me know during the ordering process and I will hold to that deadline if the commission is accepted.

This could be in the form of a Reference Sheet, a series of art/images of the character/request, or a well written and defined textual reference.
Describe the personality and the overall vibe of the character. This will help with posing and overall illustration.- If I am helping Design a character/OC, communication will be needed along with a description of the character. Pinterest boards, character inspirations, character playlists and more can all be helpful with this process.Things I am comfortable with;

Extreme KinksTerms of Service!- Clients are allowed 2 free minor revisions per item, after that they will be charged 10% of the commission fee per additional revision. Major revisions ( new pose/outfit/addition of characters/anything drastic ) will depend on what needs to be changed.- The Artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel and refund the order at any time.- The Artist’s signature will be on every item ordered and is not to be removed.Refund Policy: No refunds. In the case that the artist must cancel an order, the client will be fully refunded for any unfinished work.NSFW commissions: The person commissioning and the characters involved must be above the age of 18.- In the case of orders like Twitch emotes in which the guidelines of an outside service must be obeyed in order for the commissioned artwork to be used for its intended purpose, the client is responsible for ensuring that the artwork obeys the rules of the service. The artist takes no responsibility for emotes rejected by Twitch or any other commissioned artwork rejected by any other service or organization.- The artist reserves the right to publicly display commissioned artwork in any way they wish. If the client wishes for a commission to be kept private, they must state such when ordering. Additional fees may apply.- Under no circumstances will the artist take a commission for NFTS. If the client uses commissioned art for NFTs, legal action will be taken. Filling out a commission form and going through with a commission order is proof that these rules have been read and agreed to.- Under no circumstances will the artist consent to their art being used for AI/AI Training. If the client uses commissioned art for AI in any form, legal action will be taken. Filling out a commission form and going through with a commission order is proof that these rules have been read and agreed to.This product is intended for PERSONAL USE only. The client is not allowed to distribute commissioned artwork for anything other than personal use.------------------------------------------------Copyright/Usage
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to; promote myself in any place or site, publish books with, to display anywhere to my liking, post wherever I’d like. The commissioners are allowed to: Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, print the art for personal use, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself, use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.The commissioner may not pursue DMCA upon personal use of the piece. This includes others who may use it as a personal display photo, personal viewing, etc. The copyright is not owned by the commissioner and I am non-pursuant of personal use. If there is an issue with someone using the art in question, you may ask for them to take it down kindly. If the character owned is your own, you still have rights to the character but not the art piece. If further action is pursued, you are in breach of copyright and the following may apply;If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.Purchasing the commercial rights to the artwork will always be x2 the original price.With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork, use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your brand with it. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork even if altered or edited.After reading the Terms of Service and submitting a payment, you have agreed to the conditions stated in this document.
